Every sign contains a small NFC chip that stores your Google review link. When a customer holds their phone near the sign, the phone reads the chip and offers to open that link. One tap later they are on your review page, ready to write. There is no battery, no charging and nothing to maintain.
No. NFC reading is built into the phone itself. Your customer downloads nothing, creates no account and signs up for nothing. They just hold their phone against the sign.
Yes. Every iPhone from the XR (2018) onward reads NFC tags automatically from the lock screen, and virtually all Android phones released since 2015 support NFC. That covers nearly everyone who walks into your business today.
The standard designs ship as shown and are ready to use out of the box. For logo printing, custom colours or your business name on the sign, we run custom production from 25 signs. Email us and we will send a proof within two working days.
Your sign arrives with a setup card. Scan it, paste your Google review link, and save. It takes about a minute. You can change the destination later as often as you like. If you move locations or rebrand, the same sign keeps working.
Orders placed before 15:00 on a working day ship the same day. Delivery is 1–2 working days inside the Netherlands and Belgium, and 2–4 working days elsewhere in Europe. Shipping is free on every order over €25.
Yes. Each sign can point to a different review link, so a group with five venues can give every venue its own sign and its own destination. For ten signs or more, our wholesale pricing applies automatically at checkout.
It should not: the chips are rated for more than 100,000 taps and carry no moving parts. If a sign ever fails, send us a photo and we will replace it free of charge, no return needed.
