Returns

You have thirty days from delivery to return any unused product for a full refund of the item price. The sign does not need to be unopened. We would rather you tried it.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five working days of the return arriving.

Email hello@reviewbordjes.nl with your order number and what you would like to return. We reply with a prepaid return label for Dutch and Belgian orders, and return instructions for everywhere else.

Please include the sign in its original packaging where possible so it survives the trip back.

If a sign arrives damaged, or ever stops responding to taps, send us a photo. We ship a replacement free of charge and you do not need to return the original.

The NFC chips are rated for well over 100,000 taps and have no moving parts, so failures are rare, but they are covered.

Signs printed or engraved with your own branding are made to order and cannot be returned unless they are faulty or differ from the proof you approved.

Want the white instead of the black? Return the original and place a new order. That is faster than a formal exchange, and the refund lands before the new sign does.
