Shipping & Delivery
Signs are small, light and flat, so they ship quickly and cheaply. Here is what to expect.

Dispatch times
Orders placed before 15:00 CET on a working day leave the same day. Orders placed after that, or at the weekend, go out on the next working day.
You receive a dispatch email with a tracking link as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Tracking
Every order ships tracked. If tracking has not updated within two working days of dispatch, contact us and we will chase the carrier or send a replacement.
Undeliverable parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody collected it, we will contact you and reship free of charge once.
Customs and duties
All prices include VAT for deliveries inside the EU. For destinations outside the EU, any import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
