Privacy Policy

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and the contents of your order. We need these to fulfil the contract.

If you subscribe to our newsletter we store your email address until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any email we send.

Nothing of theirs reaches us. Tapping opens the URL you configured directly in the customer's browser. We do not place cookies on their device, do not log the tap, and do not receive their identity.

Our payment processor, to take payment. Our carrier, to deliver your parcel. Our email provider, to send order updates. Each receives only what it needs, and none of them may use your data for their own purposes.

We never sell personal data.

Order records are kept for seven years because Dutch tax law requires it. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Support emails are deleted after two years.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@reviewbordjes.nl and we will respond within thirty days.

You also have the right to complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, the Dutch data protection authority.

The shop stores your cart in your browser's local storage so it survives a refresh. That data never leaves your device and is not used for advertising or tracking.
